On a consolidated basis, the company reported revenue from operations of Rs. 325.56 crores for the quarter and net profit after tax of Rs. 13.12 crores. The results include the performance of its wholly owned subsidiary, PIL Chemicals Limited. NOCIL operates primarily in the rubber chemicals manufacturing business, which constitutes a single reportable segment.
