Kemistar Corporation's Board of Directors approved the draft notice and Directors' Report for the 31st Annual General Meeting for financial year 2024-25. The board recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.30 per equity share of face value Rs 10 each, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. The company appointed M/s. Rohit Periwal and Associates as scrutinizer for e-voting facility. The register of members and share transfer books will remain closed from September 24-30, 2025, with the record date and cut-off date set as September 23, 2025. E-voting will be available from September 27 at 9:00 AM to September 29 at 5:00 PM through Purva Sharegistry's electronic platform.
Kemistar Corporation Limited's wholly owned subsidiary, K P International Private Limited, has received Consent to Operate from Gujarat Pollution Control Board for its manufacturing plant in Dahej. The facility is approved for processing 27,000 MT per annum of e-waste, Li-ion batteries, solar panels, and metal recovery out of a total consented capacity of 42,000 MT per annum. The plant has commenced operations and trials have been completed. The consent is valid until March 15, 2030. The company plans to establish the remaining manufacturing capacity in the near future. Kemistar expects this new vertical to drive robust revenue growth and create opportunities to partner with large-scale companies, institutes, and government departments.
