Haryana Leather Chemicals Sets Record Date for INR 1 Final DividendJul 30, 2025
Haryana Leather Chemicals Ltd has announced a record date of August 30, 2025, for determining eligibility for a final dividend of INR 1 per equity share for the financial year 2024-2025. The Board of Directors recommended this dividend at their meeting held on May 15, 2025. The dividend is subject to shareholder approval at the 40th Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 13, 2025. If approved, the dividend will be paid within 30 days of declaration. The dividend applies to equity shares of INR 10 each, covering the financial year from April 1, 2024, to March 31, 2025.
Haryana Leather Chemicals Limited approved the re-appointment of Mrs. Sippy Jain as Whole Time Director for five years effective July 30, 2025. Mrs. Jain, who holds a Master's degree in Literature and Diploma in Textile Engineering, has been with the company since 2007 as Manager-Graphic Design and is the spouse of the Managing Director. The board also approved the continuation of Mr. Vijay Kumar Garg as Non-Executive Director after he turns 75 years old. Mr. Garg has been associated with the company since July 22, 2003, and brings experience in chemicals and business expansion. Both appointments require shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The company declared a final dividend of INR 1 per equity share for financial year 2024-2025, with a record date of August 30, 2025. The dividend is subject to shareholder approval at the 40th Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 13, 2025, and will be paid within 30 days if approved.

Haryana Leather Chemicals Ltd submitted its unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, to the Bombay Stock Exchange. The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors in meetings held on July 30, 2025. The company also submitted a Limited Review Report from statutory auditors S.C. Dewan & Co. The board meeting commenced at 12:30 PM and concluded at 1:12 PM.
