Fundviser Capital Changes Corporate Identification Number Following Shareholder Approval6 days ago
Fundviser Capital (India) Limited updated its Corporate Identification Number from L65100MH1985PLC205386 to L64300MH1985PLC205386 following shareholder approval of main object clause alteration in EGM held on October 28, 2025. The change has been updated in Ministry of Corporate Affairs records and communicated to BSE for updating corporate information section records.
Fundviser Capital (India) Limited allotted 42,60,000 convertible warrants at Rs. 122.50 per warrant to its promoter group members including Prem Krishan Jain, Kriti Jain, Renu Prem Jain, Trikaal Theatres Realty India Private Limited and Mohit Prem Krishan Jain on November 25, 2025. The preferential allotment is part of a larger issuance of 64,85,000 convertible warrants that includes 22,25,000 warrants to non-promoters, which will increase the company's diluted share capital to Rs. 12.40 crores upon full conversion.
Fundviser Capital's Board approved allotment of 64.85 lakh convertible warrants at Rs 122.50 each to promoters and strategic investors, raising Rs 19.86 crore as initial subscription amount. The warrants can be converted to equity shares within 18 months until May 24, 2027, with 15 investors including promoter group members and funds like Meteor Capital participating in the preferential allotment.
