The company's equity share capital increased from 1,44,20,000 shares to 1,60,00,000 shares of face value Rs. 10 each following the conversion. The promoter group includes nine individuals: Devansh Kamleshkumar Sayani, Madhuri Sayani, Aayush Sayani, Yash Devendra Sayani, Devendra Kishorkumar Sayani, Jayesh K Sayani, Dharmik Chetankumar Timbadia, Dhairya Chetankumar Timbadia, and Devansh Kamleshkumar Sayani.
