Jul 26, 2025Creative Castings Limited's Board of Directors has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Palak Jayeshbhai Doshi as Non-Executive Independent Director for a second consecutive term of 5 years, effective from September 26, 2025. Mr. Doshi, a qualified dentist with business administration experience, serves as Chairperson of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee and member of the Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The Board also approved the appointment of M. Buha & Co., Practicing Company Secretaries, as Secretarial Auditors for 5 consecutive years from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30. Both appointments are subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
