Quest Capital Markets Reports Quarterly Financial Results for Period Ended September 30, 2025

Earnings per share for the quarter was Rs 0.76 compared to Rs 1.54 in the previous quarter. The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors, with a limited review conducted by V. Singhi Associates, Chartered Accountants.
Quest Capital Markets Limited acquired 12,00,000 equity shares of PCBL Chemical Limited at Rs. 280 per share through conversion of warrants allotted on preferential basis on May 7, 2024. The acquisition represents 0.2299% of PCBL's post-issue paid-up share capital and was completed on November 3, 2025. PCBL Chemical Limited, established in 1960, is India's largest carbon black manufacturer with production facilities across West Bengal, Gujarat, Kerala, and Tamil Nadu. The company reported a turnover of Rs. 5,904.63 crores for FY2024-25 and consolidated revenue growth from Rs. 5,774 crores in FY2022-23 to Rs. 8,404 crores in FY2024-25. Quest Capital Markets falls under the promoter group of PCBL Chemical Limited, making this a related party transaction conducted on an arm's length basis. The proceeds will be used for debt repayment and working capital funding to support PCBL's business requirements and growth objectives.
Quest Capital Markets Limited appointed Ms. Dhara Agarwal as an Additional Director in the Non-Executive Independent Director category for a 5-year term, effective October 17, 2025. The appointment is subject to shareholder approval and was approved by the Board of Directors based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's recommendation. Ms. Agarwal holds a B.Com degree, is a qualified Company Secretary, and has an MBA in finance with over 15 years of experience in Corporate and Secretarial Affairs, Corporate Compliance, Due Diligence, and CSR Activities. The company confirmed she is not debarred from holding directorship by SEBI or any other authority and meets the eligibility criteria for independent director appointment.
