Novelix Pharmaceuticals Limited reported quarterly results for the period ended June 30, 2025, showing revenue from operations of Rs 22.35 crore and net profit of Rs 1.07 crore. The company allotted 15.45 lakh equity shares at Rs 20 each upon warrant conversion, raising Rs 2.32 crore and increasing paid-up capital to Rs 14.48 crore. The board appointed Ms. Mayuri Baidya as Additional Non-Executive Independent Director and Mr. Gattu Gnana Prakash as Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director. The company scheduled its Annual General Meeting for September 19, 2025, via video conferencing and proposed special resolutions to increase borrowing limits, investment limits, and guarantee limits to Rs 500 crore each.
Novelis Inc, Hindalco Industries' subsidiary, reported net income attributable to common shareholders fell 36% to $96 million for the first quarter of fiscal year 2026. Net leverage ratio stood at 3.2x with total liquidity of $3 billion. CEO Steve Fisher noted strong demand for beverage packaging while acknowledging market headwinds from higher scrap prices. Hindalco shares closed up 0.48% at ₹676.
