The reappointment was approved by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Aug 13, 2025Sri Havisha Hospitality And Infrastructure Limited published its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, which were approved by the Board of Directors on August 11, 2024. The results were published in Financial Express and Ninadam on August 13, 2025. Aug 11, 2025Sri Havisha Hospitality and Infrastructure Limited reported a net loss of Rs 178.28 lakhs for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, compared to a loss of Rs 167.51 lakhs in the same period last year. Total income increased to Rs 306.70 lakhs from Rs 307.74 lakhs year-over-year. The Board approved the quarterly results and scheduled the 32nd Annual General Meeting for September 20, 2025, via video conferencing. Key agenda items include re-appointment of Mr. Dharmin Dontamsetti as director and Mr. Abhaya Shankar as Non-Executive Independent Director. The company also approved related party transactions with Managing Director Mr. Venkat Manohar Dontamsetti and the issuance of sweat equity shares to him.
