CMX Holdings Limited approved unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025, showing a net loss of Rs 975.07 thousand for the quarter, and appointed three new independent directors including a woman director. The company also approved a proposal to change its name from CMX Holdings Limited, subject to regulatory approvals and shareholder consent.
CMX Holdings Limited (formerly SIEL Financial Services Limited) announced key board decisions from its November 11, 2025 meeting. The company appointed Mr. Amay Vatsalya as Whole-Time Director and Mr. Dhiraj Mishra as Whole-Time Director and Chief Financial Officer, both effective November 11, 2025, subject to shareholder approval through postal ballot.
