The company returned to profitability with a net profit of ₹3.35 crore compared to a loss of ₹3.68 crore in the previous quarter and profit of ₹2.36 crore in the same quarter last year. Total income reached ₹16.14 crore, up 13.4% quarter-on-quarter and 11.8% year-on-year. Cost of materials consumed increased to ₹9.67 crore, rising 5.7% quarter-on-quarter and 24.2% year-on-year. Employee benefit expenses decreased to ₹0.41 crore from ₹0.56 crore in the previous quarter, while finance costs reduced to ₹0.10 crore from ₹0.13 crore. Basic and diluted earnings per share improved to ₹0.18 from -₹0.19 in the previous quarter. The company operates in a single segment manufacturing writing and printing papers. The Board of Directors approved these results on August 11, 2025.
