Sharat Industries Limited, India's oldest integrated aquaculture company established in 1990, submitted an investor presentation to BSE. The company operates across the entire shrimp value chain through four divisions: hatchery (400 million seedlings capacity), farming (500 acres, 2,000 tons capacity), feed mill (20,000+ tonnes capacity), and processing plant (7,500+ tons capacity). Financial performance showed revenue growth from ₹247.03 crores in FY22 to ₹382.29 crores in FY25, with EBITDA increasing from ₹14.51 crores to ₹30.32 crores over the same period. The company targets increasing processing plant capacity utilization to 5,400 TPA by 2025, achieving ₹100 crores revenue from domestic market by FY28, and export revenue growth to ₹1,000 crores by FY28. Key expansion plans include launching merchant export operations from a new facility in July 2025, entering the domestic frozen seafood market, and re-establishing presence in EU markets while expanding to China.
