SBEC Sugar Q3FY26 Loss Widens to ₹2,059 Crore

Feb 10, 2026SBEC Sugar reported a net loss of ₹2,059.26 crore for Q3FY26, with revenue declining to ₹11,554.99 crore. The company settled debt assignment with Modi Industries for ₹14,177.39 crore.
SBEC Sugar Limited has fully repaid a Rs. 5 crore loan obtained from Pristine Industries Limited in May 2025. The company disclosed the complete loan closure with no material impact on operations.
SBEC Sugar Limited entered into agreements with Priyadarshini Polysacks Limited and Pristine Industries Limited to avail ₹15 crores in unsecured financial assistance on January 12, 2026.
