The company faces several legal disputes including gratuity payments of Rs 28.23 lakhs demanded by the Second Labour Court for 21 former seasonal workers, water usage charges of Rs 19.93 lakhs from Maharashtra's Irrigation Department, and outstanding tax demands of Rs 231.91 lakhs from Gram Panchayat Office.
