Rajesh Power Services Limited achieved significant growth in the half year ended September 30, 2025, with revenue increasing 104% to Rs. 638 crores, EBITDA rising 126% to Rs. 84 crores, and PAT growing 99% to Rs. 59 crores. The company maintains a robust unexecuted order book of Rs. 3,502 crores and recently signed MoUs worth Rs. 4,754 crores with the Government of Gujarat for power infrastructure projects.
Rajesh Power Services has secured a ₹24.57 crore order from Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation for a turnkey project. The project involves supply, erection, testing, and commissioning of a 220kV DC line. The company expects to complete the project within 24 months.
Rajesh Power Services Limited has received turnkey project orders worth Rs 921.89 crores from Uttar Gujarat Vij Company Limited (UGVCL). The projects involve converting existing 11kV HT overhead networks to underground cable systems and installing 11kV Medium Voltage Covered Conductors across multiple locations in Gujarat. The domestic contracts are to be executed within 18 months. The orders were received in the normal course of business and do not involve any related party transactions or promoter group interests.
