Rajesh Power Services Limited has received orders worth Rs 182.62 crore from Madhya Gujarat Vij Company Limited (MGVCL) for a turnkey contract to convert existing 11kV HT networks to underground cable/MVCC under SI scheme. The project covers jurisdictions of Mehmedabad, Anand, Petlad and Nadiad under MGVCL and is to be executed within 12 months. The contract was awarded by a domestic entity and falls under the company's normal course of business. The promoter group has no interest in the entity awarding the contract, and the transaction does not constitute a related party transaction.
