Sep 17, 2025Rajasthan Cylinders and Containers Ltd has reappointed Mr. Avinash Bajoria as Managing Director and Chairman for a three-year term from October 15, 2025 to October 14, 2028. The reappointment was approved by shareholders at the company's 45th Annual General Meeting held on September 15, 2025. Bajoria, who holds DIN 01402573, is a Commerce Graduate with over 26 years of experience in manufacturing, trading and export activities. He has extensive knowledge in financial and production activities and serves as liaison in public relations for the Bajoria Group of Industries. Bajoria is married to Mrs. Preetanjali Bajoria, who serves as Whole-time Director, and is the father of Ms. Avanti Bajoria, a Non-Executive Director of the company.
