Parle Industries Limited reported a significant decline in financial performance for Q1 FY2026. Consolidated total income dropped 27.3% to Rs. 884.85 lakhs from Rs. 1,216.35 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Net profit after tax fell dramatically by 97.7% to Rs. 3.39 lakhs from Rs. 146.00 lakhs. On a standalone basis, the decline was even steeper with total income falling 79.5% to Rs. 20.87 lakhs and net profit dropping 68.9% to Rs. 6.40 lakhs. The company's earnings per share turned negative at -0.19 compared to 2.34 in the previous year. Total comprehensive income declined to -Rs. 45.07 lakhs from Rs. 146.09 lakhs. Equity share capital remained unchanged at Rs. 799.72 lakhs.

Aug 14, 2025Parle Industries Limited approved its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported standalone revenue from operations of Rs 20.34 lakhs compared to Rs 35.33 lakhs in the same quarter last year, and consolidated revenue of Rs 24.61 lakhs. Standalone profit after tax was Rs 8.79 lakhs versus Rs 13.70 lakhs in the previous year quarter. The company announced the resignation of Ms. Deepika Tater as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer effective July 23, 2025. Additionally, M/s. Ajmera & Ajmera, Chartered Accountants, resigned as Statutory Auditor after completing the limited review for Q1 FY2025, citing other occupancy and commitments. The company operates in Infrastructure & Real Estate and Paper waste recycling segments. There is an ongoing legal dispute with Weldone Integrated Services Private Ltd and Marvelous Vickyfoods Private Limited regarding share purchase agreements, which is currently sub-judice with the Bombay High Court.
Parle Industries Limited has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting for August 14, 2025, to approve standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025.
