Nirlon Limited Seeks Shareholder Approval for New Independent Director AppointmentOct 16, 2025
Nirlon Limited has issued a postal ballot notice to shareholders seeking approval for the appointment of Mr. Chandresh Haridas Ruparel as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term effective September 26, 2025. The company sent the postal ballot notice dated September 26, 2025 via email on October 14, 2025 to shareholders who registered their email addresses with the company or depository participants as of the cut-off date of October 10, 2025. The e-voting period runs from October 17, 2025 at 9:00 AM to November 15, 2025 at 5:00 PM. MUFG Intime India Pvt.
