National Plastic Technologies Ltd submitted its quarterly certificate under SEBI Regulation 74(5) for Q4FY26, confirming proper dematerialisation processes through registrar Cameo Corporate Services Ltd.
National Plastic Technologies Ltd received a Letter of Comfort from Hero MotoCorp Ltd for manufacturing and supply of plastic body parts (painted and unpainted). The contract has an initial estimated order value of up to Rs 52.50 crores per annum for a 3-year tenure. As part of the agreement, National Plastic Technologies will establish a manufacturing unit at or near Sri City/Tirupathi, Andhra Pradesh within 6 to 8 months. During the interim period, the company will supply from its existing manufacturing locations. The contract is domestic in nature and does not involve any related party transactions or promoter group interests.
