Bharat Munoth (55) was appointed as whole-time Director for 5 years, bringing extensive finance and investment experience from his role as company director since 1992. He holds an MBA and has 36 years of capital markets experience, having been Managing Director since the company's inception in 1990 and leading 47 IPOs through the Merchant Banking division.
