Mangal Compusolution Limited's Board approved unaudited financial results for the half-year ended September 30, 2025, showing total revenue of Rs. 2,674.90 lakhs and profit after tax of Rs. 259.85 lakhs. MGB & CO LLP, Chartered Accountants, resigned as statutory auditors of Mangal Compusolution Ltd effective August 8, 2025, citing their inability to continue in the role. They completed the audit for the year ended March 31, 2025, but had not commenced work for the 2025-2026 financial year.
