Kush Industries Reports Loss, Schedules 33rd AGM and Appoints New AuditorsJul 30, 2025
Kush Industries Limited (formerly SNS Textiles Limited) reported a net loss of Rs 2.34 lakh for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, compared to a loss of Rs 1.39 lakh in the same quarter last year. Revenue from operations remained flat at Rs 0.24 lakh. The company scheduled its 33rd Annual General Meeting for September 30, 2025, via video conferencing with e-voting facilities. The board approved the appointment of M/s. P S S P & Co. as statutory auditors for five years (2025-26 to 2029-30) to replace the existing auditors M/s. V H Gundarwala & Co. Additionally, M/s. Nishant Pandya & Associates was appointed as secretarial auditors for the same period. Both appointments are subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
