Net profit after tax decreased to Rs 307.15 lakhs compared to Rs 409.57 lakhs in the previous year quarter. Earnings per share stood at Rs 9.03 versus Rs 12.05 in the corresponding period. Additionally, the company announced its entry into three new verticals under its Power Tools segment: Hand Tools, Welding Machines, and Agricultural Equipment operated by electric motors. Both the financial results and diversification decision were approved by the Board of Directors on August 7, 2025.
