Jost's Engineering Company Limited received a purchase order worth Rs. 2,54,32,296.58 from Hindustan Aeronautics Limited for manufacturing and supplying 46 Platform Trucks (3 Wheeler). The order value includes GST and other relevant charges. The delivery is scheduled to be completed by December 2029 on a staggered basis. The purchase order was dated September 17, 2025, and received by the company on the same day.
Jost's Engineering Company Limited has filed a lawsuit against RENEW SOLAR ENERGY (JHARKHAND ONE) PRIVATE LIMITED seeking recovery of Rs. 78,70,280 including interest. The suit was filed in the District Court of New Delhi and relates to outstanding payment for machinery supplied and wrongful invocation of a bank guarantee. The company stated that if the litigation is unsuccessful, there will be no outflow since they are the claimant, but if successful, they expect to recover the entire principal outstanding plus claimable interest.
