Under his leadership, the company has received awards including First Runner-Up in Travel & Tourism Category at ICICI Bank and CNBC's Emerging India Awards 2008, NASSCOM-CNBC IT User Award 2008 for best IT adoption in tourism sector, and multiple TripAdvisor Awards. Shah has family connections on the board, with Ms. Chanda Agrawal (spouse) and Mr. Satvik P Agrawal (son) serving as Non-Executive Directors.
