Trans India House Impex Limited has approved a rights issue to raise up to Rs. 49.38 crores by issuing up to 3,55,26,000 fully paid-up equity shares at Rs. 13.90 per share. The rights issue follows a 1:1 ratio, meaning eligible shareholders will receive one rights equity share for every one equity share held. The record date is set for May 8, 2025, to determine eligible shareholders.
