Indo Cotspin Limited's Board of Directors approved unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. The company's paid-up equity share capital remains at Rs 714.08 lakhs with a face value of Rs 10 per share. Basic and diluted earnings per share for the quarter were Rs 0.18 and Rs 0.08 respectively. The financial results were reviewed by the audit committee and approved by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on October 27, 2025.
Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) has issued a clarification regarding media reports about The Pierre hotel in New York City. The company stated that Taj does not own The Pierre hotel and confirmed that operations at the property continue normally.
IHCL Plans Rs 1,200 Crore Capex with Focus on Mid-Scale Segment Through Ginger BrandAug 12, 2025
IHCL is strategically focusing on the mid-scale hospitality segment, with Ginger brand leading this initiative and targeting over 250 hotels. The company has planned capital expenditure of over Rs 1,200 crore for FY26, with an estimated Rs 5,000 to Rs 7,000 crore investment over the next four to five years. Ginger is approaching a double-digit contribution to IHCL's top line, representing 10% of the business. The company recently acquired stakes in ANK Hotels and Pride Hospitality, adding 155 properties to its portfolio. IHCL's new brands Qmin and Amã Stays showed 27% year-on-year growth. The company is expanding with new properties including Ginger at Ekta Nagar, Kolkata Airport, Mopa Airport, and a combo hotel at Bangalore Airport featuring both Vivanta and Ginger brands.
