Indian Link Chain Manufacturers Limited executed a term sheet to acquire majority stake in RRP Electronics Limited, leading to Managing Director Vishal Thakkar's resignation effective November 14, 2025. The Indian Link Chain Manufacturers Limited announced the resignation of two Independent Directors - Mr. Ashok Jain and Mr. Jaynish Kothari - effective November 7, 2025. Both directors cited change in management and control of the company pursuant to a takeover as the reason for their resignation. The resignations were submitted on November 6, 2025. Both directors will also cease to be members of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee.
