The Indian Link Chain Manufactures Limited incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary named RRP Technologies Limited on December 1, 2025, with authorized and paid-up share capital of Rs. 10,00,000 each. The subsidiary will operate in the information technology sector, focusing on manufacturing, designing, developing and dealing in computers, computer hardware, peripherals, storage devices and related equipment including servers and networking devices.
Mr. Rajendra Kamalakant Chodankar has completed an open offer to acquire up to 7,93,000 equity shares representing 26% of Indian Link Chain Manufacturers Limited at Rs. 71 per share. The acquirer previously entered into an agreement to acquire 10,00,000 equity shares representing 32.79% from promoter sellers, with the offer period running from October 23 to November 6, 2025.
Ms. Anjali Bamboria resigned from her position as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at The Indian Link Chain Manufacturers Limited with immediate effect on November 25, 2025. The resignation was attributed to changes in management and control of the company pursuant to a takeover, affecting the company's key compliance position.
