Hittco Tools Limited shareholders approved a special resolution to increase the company's authorized share capital via postal ballot. The resolution passed with 99.98% of votes in favor, reflecting strong investor support for the corporate action.
Hittco Tools reported a narrowed net loss of ₹5.93 lakh in Q1FY26, down from ₹28.78 lakh YoY, as revenue rose 21% to ₹202.30 lakh. The company also appointed Sonali M as Company Secretary.
Hittco Tools accepted the resignation of Company Secretary Khushboo Agrawal effective July 20, 2026. She cited personal reasons for leaving.
