GM Polyplast Limited announced its standalone unaudited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2025, during a Board meeting held on November 10, 2025. The company, which manufactures HIPS, ABS, PET, PP, HDPE sheets and premium quality granules, reported a profit before tax of Rs 490.85 lakhs for the period compared to Rs 999.02 lakhs in the previous year. The company's cash and cash equivalents increased to Rs 265.02 lakhs from Rs 102.24 lakhs at the beginning of the period. Net cash generated from operating activities was Rs 326.60 lakhs. The results were approved by the Board of Directors and include the Statement of Assets and Liabilities and Cash Flow Statement along with a Limited Review Report.

The company continued the appointment of Mr. Balbir Singh Bholuram Sharma as Non-executive Non-Independent Director with revised remuneration for the term August 23, 2025 to August 22, 2030.
