The IT company reported standalone profit of Rs. 340.37 lakhs for six months ended September 30, 2025, with total equity increasing to Rs. 4,908.81 lakhs from Rs. 2,031.77 lakhs following their IPO listing in September 2025.
Globtier Infotech Limited reported consolidated revenue of ₹4,239.35 lakh and profit after tax of ₹313.28 lakh for H1 FY26, marking its debut as a listed entity on BSE SME platform. The IT solutions provider has utilized ₹19.43 crore out of ₹27.44 crore raised through IPO for working capital, loan repayment, and IPO expenses, with EBITDA margin improving to 18.15%.
