Globtier Infotech Submits Revised Financial Reports After BSE Query on Format DiscrepanciesToday

The IT solutions provider has utilized ₹19.43 crore out of ₹27.44 crore raised through IPO for working capital, loan repayment, and IPO expenses, with EBITDA margin improving to 18.15%.
Globtier Infotech Limited reported revenue from operations of Rs 4,214.19 lakhs for the six months ended September 30, 2025, compared to Rs 4,128.12 lakhs in the previous year period. The company posted a profit of Rs 340.37 lakhs for the half-year period. The Board approved the ratification of incorporation and investment in Globtier UK Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary incorporated in the United Kingdom. The company's equity shares were listed on BSE's SME platform on September 2, 2025, following an IPO of 43.12 lakh shares at Rs 72 per share. The Board also appointed M/s. Bathla Dhingra Associates as Internal Auditors and M/s. J.K Gupta and Associates as Secretarial Auditors for FY 2025-26. Share capital increased to Rs 1,512.12 lakhs from Rs 1,131.00 lakhs as of March 31, 2025.
