Galactico Corporate Services Approves Rs 6 Crore Rights Issue and Authorized Capital Increase

Jul 30, 2025Galactico Corporate Services Limited's Board of Directors approved raising funds through a rights issue of equity shares for up to Rs 6 crores, subject to regulatory approvals. The company also approved increasing its authorized share capital from Rs 15 crores to Rs 20 crores, divided into 20 crore equity shares of Rs 1 each. A Rights Issue Committee was constituted comprising Independent Directors Laxmikant Dasrao Bhakre and Nilam Avinash Ghund, along with Director and CFO Vipul Dileen Lathi. The committee will oversee the rights issue process and decide terms and conditions. The Board appointed Mr. Akshay R Birla as Scrutinizer for the e-voting process and approved a postal ballot notice to seek shareholder approval for the authorized capital increase and consequent amendment to the memorandum of association.
