Futuristic Solutions Limited Schedules Board Meeting to Approve ₹6.79 Crore Share Acquisition

The company seeks post-facto approval for the Share Purchase Agreement dated October 3, 2025, as prior board approval could not be obtained due to commercial urgency. The board will consider treating the acquisition as an investment under Section 186 of the Companies Act and as a Related Party Transaction under Section 188 due to common directorships between the companies.
