Fabtech Technologies Cleanrooms Limited secured consolidated orders worth ₹19.06 crore in August 2025, with ₹18.83 crore from the Pharma & Health sector and ₹0.23 crore from the Semiconductor sector. The orders included a ₹3.5 crore Cleanroom Partition order from Densol Engineering for Sitec Labs Limited, a Cipla subsidiary. By business vertical, ₹11.58 crore came from Panel Partition Systems and ₹7.48 crore from HVAC Systems. The company's total consolidated order book stands at ₹88.82 crore, with Pharma & Health contributing ₹64.86 crore, Semiconductors ₹13.44 crore, Electronics & Data Centres ₹1.73 crore, and Others ₹8.79 crore. Additionally, orders worth ₹370.81 crore are under negotiation across various sectors, including ₹164.91 crore in Pharma & Health and ₹172.50 crore in Semiconductors.
Fabtech Technologies Cleanrooms Limited has completed the acquisition of a 28% stake in Aart Integrated Projects Private Limited by purchasing 97,222 equity shares for ₹3,99,58,242. The shares were acquired at ₹10 face value with a premium of ₹401 per share. The consideration was settled partly through loan adjustment and ₹1,99,58,571 in cash. Following this acquisition, Aart Integrated Projects becomes an associate company of Fabtech Technologies. Aart Integrated Projects, incorporated in December 2005, operates in complex HVAC, cleanroom, and turnkey cleanroom facility solutions for automobile, pharmaceutical, and semiconductor industries. The company reported revenue of ₹12.58 crore and PAT of ₹10.05 lakh for the year ended March 31, 2024. Fabtech stated the strategic investment aims to strengthen its presence in the sector and explore synergies for growth and expansion.
