Crestchem Limited Approves Quarterly Financial Results and Appoints New Company Secretary & CFO

Aug 12, 2025Crestchem Limited's Board of Directors approved the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, along with the limited review report. The board meeting was held on August 12, 2025, at 12:15 PM and concluded at 1:15 PM. The company also announced the appointment of Mr. Nitin S. Shah as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer, and CFO effective August 1, 2025. The trading window for directors, officers, key managerial personnel, and designated persons has been closed from July 1, 2025, until 48 hours after the results are made public.
