Aug 12, 2025CHL Limited's Board of Directors approved several key decisions on August 12, 2025. Mr. Luv Malhotra, Managing Director, was selected as Chairman for the board meeting and will chair the 46th AGM. The company reported unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, showing standalone revenue from operations of Rs. 1,971.05 lacs compared to Rs. 1,858.61 lacs in the same quarter last year. Standalone profit for the period was Rs. 504.01 lacs versus Rs. 390.71 lacs in the previous year quarter. However, consolidated results showed a comprehensive loss of Rs. 488.67 lacs for the current quarter. The board approved the annual report for FY 2024-2025 and appointed new secretarial and internal auditors. In leadership changes, Mr. Dinesh Kumar Maurya resigned as Company Secretary effective August 12, 2025, and Mr. Ayush Rai was appointed as the new Company Secretary from August 13, 2025. The company continues to face ongoing litigation with EXIM Bank regarding a USD 32.50 million loan taken by subsidiary CJSC CHL International, with cases pending in the Supreme Court and Debt Recovery Tribunal. A One Time Settlement of USD 34 million was executed and is under implementation.
