Ms. Prachi Dilkhush Kothari has resigned from her position as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Chemtech Industrial Valves Limited, effective September 12, 2025. She cited pursuing career opportunities outside the organization as the reason for her resignation. Kothari served as a Key Managerial Personnel and held ICSI membership A68380. The company has informed BSE Limited of the resignation and will file necessary forms with the Registrar of Companies and stock exchanges.
Chemtech Industrial Valves supplied heavy butterfly valves for flare stack isolation at a major steel plant in Gujarat. Each valve weighs 12 tonnes, demonstrating the company's capabilities in the large-diameter valve market.

Chemtech Industrial Valves Limited reported quarterly results for the period ended June 30, 2025, with revenue from operations of Rs. 956.62 lakhs and net profit of Rs. 300.51 lakhs, representing a 38% increase from Rs. 217.50 lakhs in the corresponding period of the previous year. The company's board approved the appointment of M/s. Pimple and Associates as Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30, and re-appointed Mr. Vikas More as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26. During the quarter, the company disposed of all revalued assets and transferred the entire revaluation reserve of Rs. 28.58 lakhs to retained earnings. Basic earnings per share stood at Rs. 1.68 compared to Rs. 1.49 in the same quarter last year.
