Chemtech Industrial Valves Targets Rs 250 Crore Revenue by FY2030 with Strong Steel Sector Growth

7 days agoChemtech Industrial Valves reported 44% revenue CAGR (FY23-FY25) reaching Rs 40 crore in FY25, with EBITDA growing 43% CAGR and PAT expanding 41% CAGR during the same period. The company aims to achieve Rs 250 crore revenue by FY2030 through expansion across steel, power, chemicals and water treatment sectors, leveraging its patented Line Blind valve technology and strong presence with major Indian steel producers including JSW Steel, Tata Steel and SAIL.
Puneet Pradeep Badkur, promoter of Chemtech Industrial Valves Limited, acquired 25,000 equity shares through open market transactions, increasing his shareholding from 8.50% to 8.64%. The acquisition was disclosed under SEBI regulations, with Badkur also holding 2,50,000 warrants in the company.
