Bridge Securities Receives BSE Trading Approval for 52.63 Lakh Equity Shares from Warrant Conversion

TodayBridge Securities Limited received trading approval from BSE for 52,63,000 equity shares at Rs. 5.51 per share issued to non-promoters through preferential allotment pursuant to warrant conversion. The securities became listed and tradeable on BSE effective December 1, 2025, following the company's application made in September 2024.
Bridge Securities Limited reported a net profit of Rs. 39.29 lakh for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, compared to Rs. 44.48 lakh in the previous quarter. Revenue from operations decreased to Rs. 42.31 lakh from Rs. 50.52 lakh in the prior quarter. For the half-year period, the company achieved a net profit of Rs. 83.72 lakh with revenue of Rs. 92.83 lakh. The company received Rs. 50 lakh from convertible warrants during the quarter, bringing total warrant proceeds to Rs. 1.95 crore, representing 67.24% of the total issue consideration. Basic and diluted earnings per share stood at Rs. 0.12 for the quarter. The company operates primarily in commission from agriculture activities and has no subsidiary companies.
Bridge Securities Limited received Rs 50 lakh from Keyventure Enterprises Private Limited as the second tranche payment for the allotment of 52.63 lakh convertible warrants priced at Rs 5.51 each. The warrants were issued to non-promoter entities on a preferential basis. The first tranche payment from Keyventure Enterprises was Rs 72.49 lakh, representing 25% of the total consideration.
