Nov 21, 2025Allcargo Logistics achieved a profit before tax of INR 9 crores in Q2 FY26 compared to losses in previous quarters, following completion of its composite scheme that merged Express and Consultative Logistics businesses while demerging international operations into Allcargo Global. The company reported 11% revenue growth to INR 537 crores with 27% EBITDA increase to INR 62 crores, driven by record quarterly performance in both Express and Consultative Logistics segments.
Allcargo Logistics announced 11% H1 revenue growth exceeding ₹1,000 crore following NCLT approval of its restructuring plan that merged domestic supply chain operations and demerged international business. The company appointed Ketan Kulkarni as MD & CEO and Deepak Pareek as CFO, with quarterly revenue rising 9%, EBITDA up 23%, and PBT surging 88% sequentially.
