The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and received an unqualified opinion from auditors.

The company reported positive inventory changes of ₹5.71 crore compared to negative changes of ₹26.64 crore in the previous year. Earnings per share declined to ₹0.82 from ₹1.50 in the corresponding quarter. The Board of Directors approved these unaudited results at their meeting held on August 11, 2025.
