Agio Paper & Industries Ltd shareholders approved multiple re-appointments at their Annual General Meeting held on September 25, 2025. Additionally, M/s. Kirti Sharma & Associates was appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five consecutive years from Financial Year 2025-26 to 2029-30. The firm is led by CS Kirti Sharma with over 9 years post-qualification experience in secretarial and legal matters, holding expertise in public issues, compliance, audits, and corporate governance across various regulatory frameworks.
