Sparc Electrex director Ashok Patel dies

6 days agoSparc Electrex Ltd announced the demise of Independent Director Mr. Ashok Chhaganbhai Patel on August 15, 2026, due to a sudden cardiac attack.
Sparc Electrex reported zero revenue for Q1FY27, a sharp decline from ₹9.6 lakh in the prior year. However, the net loss narrowed significantly to ₹5.14 lakh from ₹65.65 lakh YoY.
Sparc Electrex Ltd has issued a postal ballot notice dated August 5, 2026, seeking shareholder approval via special resolution to appoint three independent directors for a first term of 5 consecutive years each.
