Kesar Terminals & Infrastructure Limited received a penalty order of Rs. 4,46,15,929 from the Commissioner of Central Goods and Services Tax - Kutch for GST violations under section 74 of CGST/GGST Act, 2017. The order was dated September 26, 2025, and directs recovery under Section 74(9) of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The company plans to challenge the order through appeal, stating that it is not legally tenable. The company acknowledged a delay in informing the stock exchange due to oversight and committed to providing updates on the matter.
Kesar Terminals & Infrastructure Limited's Board of Directors approved a final dividend of 30% (Rs 1.50 per share with face value of Rs 5 each) for FY 2024-25. The dividend will be paid within 30 days from the AGM date upon shareholder approval. The company appointed Shri Vipul Doshi as Chief Executive Officer while retaining his Chief Financial Officer role. Doshi is a Commerce Graduate and F.C.A. with 40 years of experience in finance, accounts, and taxation. The company scheduled its 17th Annual General Meeting for October 24, 2025.
