Genomic Valley Biotech Limited's Board approved unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported revenue from operations of Rs 6,16,000 for the quarter, compared to Rs 9,00,000 in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Net profit for the quarter was Rs 2,46,531 versus Rs 12,75,903 in the same period last year. The Board also made several key appointments: SBR & Co. LLP as Secretarial Auditors for FY 2025-2030, Mr. Navjyoti Kumar Jha as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26, and re-appointed Mr. Yogesh Agrawal as Chairman & Managing Director for five years effective September 7, 2025. Mr. Agrawal, aged 62, is a Chartered Accountant with 35 years of business experience and holds 14,27,000 equity shares in the company.
