ECS Biztech Limited's Board approved un-audited standalone financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025, showing revenue from operations of Rs. 75.28 lakhs and basic EPS of Rs. 0.03. The consulting and software company's results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved during a board meeting held on November 14, 2025.
ECS Biztech Limited reported standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Revenue from operations dropped significantly to Rs. 38.68 lakhs compared to Rs. 170.34 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Net profit decreased to Rs. 3.51 lakhs from Rs. 6.64 lakhs year-over-year.
