ACCEDERE LIMITED Appoints Two New Directors for 5-Year TermsSep 27, 2025
ACCEDERE LIMITED shareholders approved the appointment of two new directors at their 42nd Annual General Meeting held on September 26, 2025. Mr. Ashwin Chaudhary was appointed as Whole-time Director effective April 1, 2025, bringing over 23 years of experience in cybersecurity, governance, risk, and compliance along with an MBA qualification. Mr. Kunal Chaudhary was appointed as Executive Director effective May 22, 2025, contributing over 11 years of experience in digital and technology projects. Mr. Kunal Chaudhary is an IIT engineering graduate, serves as CEO of Freebird Aerospace (a subsidiary of Accedere Limited), and holds a patent in AI. Both directors are related to each other and have been confirmed as not debarred from holding office by any regulatory authority. Both appointments are for 5-year terms.
Accedere Limited released its investor presentation for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company's subsidiary Freebird Aerospace launched the NanoBee drone on August 15, 2025. The nano category drone features a built-in cinematic 4K camera and immersive goggles for real-time video and telemetry. Targeted at freelancers, social media creators, hobbyists, and recreationists, the drone is priced at INR 75,000 plus GST. As a DGCA nano category drone, it requires no license or prior approvals for operation. The product focuses on flight stability, camera quality, and user experience for content creation applications.
Accedere Limited reported quarterly results showing revenue decline but improved profitability. Standalone revenue dropped to ₹75.58 lakhs from ₹88.90 lakhs in the previous quarter and ₹96.96 lakhs in the same quarter last year. However, profit after tax increased to ₹5.81 lakhs compared to ₹7.66 lakhs in Q4 and ₹1.11 lakhs in Q1 of the previous year. The company experienced significant management changes as Ms. Priya Chaudhary resigned as CFO citing governance and other related concerns, while Mr. Kunal Chaudhary was appointed as the new CFO. Additionally, two international subsidiaries - Accedere Tech Private Limited (UAE) and Accedere Tech Inc. (US) - ceased to be subsidiaries due to regulatory reasons. Despite lower revenues, the company managed expense reduction which contributed to improved profitability, though consolidated results showed lower performance than standalone figures.
