Chartered Logistics Limited allotted 35,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 1 each following the conversion of convertible warrants held by four allottees. The company received Rs. 2.05 crore as the remaining exercise price at Rs. 5.85 per warrant, representing 75% of the total warrant exercise price of Rs. 7.80 per warrant. The allottees include Jayantilal Huf (5,00,000 shares), Ninawanpracut Hakkar (10,00,000 shares), Agrawal Archita Mratan (10,00,000 shares), and Agrawal Raghav (10,00,000 shares).
