Swastika Investmart Reports Quarterly Results; Appoints New Chief Technology and Security OfficerJul 22, 2025
Swastika Investmart Limited's Board approved unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported standalone revenue from operations of Rs. 2,575.65 lakhs compared to Rs. 3,702.11 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Standalone profit for the period was Rs. 341.69 lakhs versus Rs. 616.45 lakhs in the previous year quarter. On consolidated basis, revenue from operations stood at Rs. 2,633.05 lakhs against Rs. 3,852.28 lakhs in the corresponding quarter. Consolidated profit was Rs. 328.69 lakhs compared to Rs. 627.38 lakhs in the same period last year. The Board also approved the change in designation of Mr. Devashish Nyati from Chief Technology Officer to Chief Technology and Security Officer, effective July 22, 2025. During the quarter, the company sold 70% stake in its subsidiary Swastika Insurance Broking Services Limited for Rs. 84 lakhs on June 12, 2025, resulting in loss of control. The company converted remaining 5,57,000 warrants into 27,85,000 equity shares after receiving Rs. 1,299.20 lakhs.

Somani submitted his resignation via email on July 21, 2025, citing his intention to pursue career opportunities outside the organization for better advancement prospects. The company has accepted his resignation, with Managing Director Sunil Nyati confirming the last working day as August 15, 2025. Somani stated there are no other material reasons for his departure beyond seeking external career growth. The resignation follows standard company policy, requiring the return of all company assets and documents to the HR department.
Swastika Investmart has launched an artificial intelligence division, appointing Hariharan Iyer as its head. The new AI wing will focus on enhancing efficiency and improving customer experiences across operations, integrating AI into key business areas including automated customer support and intelligent investment tools.
