The company raised INR 1,590 crores through its IPO, with equity shares listed on BSE and NSE from July 1, 2025. During the quarter, INR 500 crores was utilized - INR 300 crores for repayment of the company's outstanding borrowings and INR 200 crores for repayment of subsidiary borrowings. The remaining INR 1,090 crores remains unutilized, with the balance proceeds remitted between July 1-3, 2025, in line with the stated objectives.
