The company has negative cash flow from operating activities of ₹280.75 lakhs, ₹106.19 lakhs, and ₹47.57 lakhs for the six months ended September 30, 2025, FY 2025, and FY 2024 respectively. Sustained negative cash flows could impact the company's growth plans and business operations, primarily due to higher working capital requirements and increased trade receivables.

The company generates significant revenue from a limited number of clients, with top 10 customers accounting for 85.20%, 92.65%, 94.29% and 98.19% of total revenue in recent periods. The company does not have long-term agreements with these customers, exposing it to high risk if any major client discontinues business relationships.

Objectives

The company intends to deploy funds for marketing and advertising activities across digital platforms including Meta, Google Ads, performance marketing, and content creation to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and market expansion across Tier 2, Tier 3 cities and rural areas.

The company proposes to utilize funds to meet working capital requirements including inventory management, trade receivables, short-term loans and advances, and other current assets to support business operations and expected growth.
